Relations with our users
At Globalvia we are strongly committed to serving our users. Their satisfaction is very important to us, and we therefore seek to provide them with the very best infrastructures and services possible in terms of quality, comfort and safety. We periodically carry out surveys and studies to measure their degree of satisfaction, and consequently improve the services we provide.

Relations with public administrations
Our relations with public administrations are essential to us. We hold regular meetings with the goal of monitoring the services we provide. We also conduct annual surveys in order to know the degree of satisfaction, thus complying with our commitment to continuing improvement.
Relations with our investors
At Globalvia we support the Principles of Responsible Investment (PRI) and we are committed to employing the very highest reporting and dissemination standards in regard to our non-financial information. Moreover, we annually take part on the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), and in 2020 were awarded top position in the highway management category.
Relations with our employees
We are aware that our success lies with the 2000 employees who work every day to guarantee our users are provided the very best services. We want Globalvia to be an excellent place to work and to develop professionally. We carry out periodical surveys to know the level of satisfaction with our Company among our employees, and we actively encourage a culture of complete respect for dignity, equality and physical and mental health among all our employees.
Relations with suppliers
We seek excellence in our relations with our suppliers and contractors, while at the same time reinforcing the sustainability of our supply chain. We therefore implement fair, equal, responsible procurement processes and practices, and we integrate ESG criteria in our supplier endorsement and performance evaluation processes. Similarly, we hold annual campaigns to find out the degree of satisfaction and the perception they have about Globalvia with the aim of improving our relations.
Commitment to society
