At Globalvia we have implemented and certified an Integrated Management System that describes our processes and is based on a set of internationally recognized Standards:
Determines the requirements for Quality Management and is focused on guaranteeing the satisfaction of interested parties through the application of the improvement cycle (PDCA) in the organization’s processes. At Globalvia we were certified in 2013 with a multi-site system that allows us to share good practices and knowledge among the companies of the group.
Integrates Environmental Management requirements within the organization’s processes with the aim of promoting environmental protection, optimizing resource management and reducing possible negative environmental impacts resulting from our activity. At Globalvia we were clear from the beginning that this standard was going to be our flagship.
It establishes the requirements that an Occupational Health and Safety Management System must meet, so that organizations can effectively control the risks associated with their activities, continuously improving their performance. This certification certifies compliance with our firm commitment to the safety and health of our workers.
It promotes the approach of quality to the management of Public Passenger Transport, paying special attention to the needs and expectations of our users. At Globalvia we are aware that our users are our reason for being and that is why we could not be more proud of this certification.
