Our principles of governance are built on the basis defined by the OECD. Likewise, we draw on the Spanish Code of Good Governance through the legal framework applicable to our Company, and on the requirements of the regulating bodies in the countries where we operate.

In order to supervise and verify the proper functioning of Globalvia’s processes, we have developed internal control mechanisms: Organization and Governing Bodies, standards and directives, a Risk Management System, Internal Auditing and the function of Management Control.
