GRESB 2024: We reach 97 points and the 5-star rating
02-10-2024

Once again, we demonstrate our commitment to sustainability by participating for the ninth time in GRESB, the global ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) reference index.

In 2024, we have achieved an overall score of 97 points out of 100 in the “Transport” sector, which reflects an improvement of 4 points compared to the 2023 edition. We have also achieved inclusion in the “Five Stars” quadrant reserved for 20% of organizations with the best management and performance.

GRESB is aligned with emerging international frameworks, objectives and regulations and is used by private and institutional investment funds to assess the ESG performance of their assets. Its purpose is to help understand the opportunities, risks and strategies that organizations must adopt to transition the sector towards a more sustainable future.

This year participation has increased, with 167 participating funds and 720 Infrastructure assets, in 81 countries. With this positioning, GRESB covers more than USD 1.58 trillion at the asset level.

In the words of Sebastien Roussotte, CEO of GRESB, “Every year, the GRESB index serves as a powerful reminder of the positive impact that efforts focused on sustainability can have on our industry. “We congratulate the participants for their ongoing commitment to sustainable development.”

These results reflect, for yet another year, that our sustainability strategy –SustaiMobility– is aligned with the main ESG management frameworks.
