Luis is a Civil engineer from the Politécnica University of Madrid. He began his professional career at Sacyr Chile being responsible for the improvement works on Ruta 5 and, after five years managing construction projects, he became part of the M&A team, being responsible for the origination and execution of purchase and sale of transport infrastructure. In 2016, he joined the Roadis Development team as Senior Project Management.

In 2020, Luis joined Globalvia as Senior Investment Director, a position in which he performed excellently for three years, demonstrating an exceptional commitment to the Company and having a key contribution to the achievement of fundamental projects for the growth of Globalvia, such as the acquisition of Go-Ahead. In October 2023, Luis became part of the Globalvia ​​Steering Committee as Chief Investment Officer.
