Last week we celebrated a new, very positive milestone for the entire Globalvia Group by formalizing the extension of the Autopista del Aconcagua Concession period for the next two years. In this way, after signing the Ad-Referendum Agreement No. 10 with the authorities of the Ministry of Public Works of Chile, we have signed the extension of the concession term of Autopista del Aconcagua until March 31, 2025.

This is an agreement that has required an intense negotiation process and thanks to which we will continue to operate the Concession as of April 1 of this year, including among other concepts: compensation, release of traffic risks, collection, technical losses and bad debts from the Free Flow system, and interest coverage.
