The new app, presents new and interesting functionalities, among which stand out:
- The online recharge of the titles, without having to leave the application and with the option to save the data and information of all the titles used, for example to consult the balance available in each one of them.
- Real-time information on the arrival of the next trains and the possibility of consulting the complete route, as well as selecting favourite stations.
- Direct contact with Customer Service.
- Detailed information on the fares, with a calculator that helps the user to estimate both the time of travel and its cost.
All this, with a much simpler and more intuitive interface, which will allow passengers in the Seville underground to access useful and relevant information for their journey quickly and easily.
With this new and modern version of the app, which Metro de Sevilla makes available to all its users free of charge, the Concession takes another step forward in its commitment to improving the quality of life of all Sevillians, once again promoting intermodality and the use of sustainable transport.
