Pedro holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Coimbra, a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management – ​​Construction Industry from Porto Business School and a Global Executive MBA from IE Business School.

In 2007 he worked at Soares da Costa, S.A. in the Central Supply Directorate and later became part of the construction team of the Autoestrada Transmontana.

In 2012 he began his career in the Globalvia Group, joining as Head of Operations of the Portuguese Transmontana Concessionaire. In 2015 he was appointed Operational Director and in 2017 he was named Concessionaire Manager. Subsequently, in 2021, Pedro assumed the role of Director of the Corporate Operations Department, a position he has carried out with excellent performance. And, in October 2023, he became part of the Globalvia Steering Committee as Chief Operating Officer,  thanks to his previous experience, his knowledge and his drive for innovation and technology in our Concessions.
